Just in time for the holidays, the Pittsburgh Penguins Wives Association and corporate partner Met Vet are proud to offer the Penguins & Paws 2010 Charity Pet Calendar.

This 12-month calendar features a casual look at the Penguins players, coaches and management away from the rink with their family pets or adoptable animals from Animal Friends and the Animal Rescue League of Western Pennsylvania.  Also included are pet safety tips provided by the veterinarians from Met Vet.

The Penguins Wives Association will sell the charity pet calendar at select locations on the Mellon Arena concourse beginning in December.  The calendar will also be available at both Mellon Arena team stores, PenStation and Traditions, and the PenStation kiosk located at Ross Park Mall.

Penguins fans outside the Pittsburgh area need not worry!  The Penguins & Paws Charity Pet Calendar presented by Met Vet is also available for purchase online or by mail order. Orders will begin shipping on December 3; all orders will be mailed First Class via United States Postal Service.

Proceeds from calendar sales will directly benefit Animal Friends and the Animal Rescue League of Western Pennsylvania.  Purchase a calendar for the Penguins fan or animal lover in your life!
